Lately, though, we just don't find it to be worth the trip. The drive there is pretty and we'd often make a day of it by combining it with a visit to Santa Barbara or Santa Ynez. Initially it was a nice place to go to get our gambling fix in between trips to Vegas. We've visited this casino a number of times over the past several years, and unfortunately our experience gets worse and worse each time. Isn't that crazy? I would not recommend this place.

The second issue is that all the video poker and blackjack games were out of order. There was a manager who was just standing around watching the chaos but never jumped in to help. But, at least have bartenders available to take drink orders.

I'd be willing to let all of that go, in light of the fact that it is a reservation owned casino. Can't order a double, can't order a drink for your husband if he isn't with you and can't order a second drink until you are finished with your first. Its annoying that you can't order a drink without showing ID, every single time.

Ive been to casinos all over the world, and money is to be made on drinks. It was a 10 minute wait before we could even order a drink which is ridiculous. They have become so greedy and give nothing back to the customers who have kept them in business all these years.They even punish you if you cut back on going there and they continue lowering your free play.Now if you go there you might think to yourself how much am I going to lose this time ? They have taken all the fun out of going there.Years ago it use to be fun to go there and you did't lose your ass every time you went there.Some day hopefully, more Casinos with no smoking looser machines will be built.We came to the casino, a large group of us, looking to get our drink on and gamble. Personally, I would love nothing more than to see them go out of business. Gamble at your risk.This Casino has really gone down hill.We have been coming here for at least 20 years and it seems like every year it has been getting worse.This is March 2020 and I have never seen it so bad.The machines are so tight and hardly nobody wins anything.Anyone who leaves a positive review must be new to this Casino and just happen to be very lucky.Talk to anyone who goes there and you will hear nothing but negative reviews.The smoke and slots are a joke.Its a shame the state of California doesn't build their own Casinos and put these Indians totally out of business.
